Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time to receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable, as our therapists and resources are already reserved exclusively for you.

If a therapist is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered an option to reschedule the session at no extra cost or receive a full refund.
Refund Policy

All approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.

Partial refunds due to service dissatisfaction, incomplete services, or change in service scope will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure fair resolution.

In the event of payment errors, such as failed or duplicate transactions, a full refund will be initiated immediately upon verification.
